The name LATIPAC was derived out of the one common denominator that all properties require, CAPITAL. Our company has experience as a successful owner, developer and property manager of retail properties throughout the state of Texas, with our main business being located in Houston, Texas.
Since its inception, Latipac has provided the property management services for our principal controlled assets while also providing third party property management services to local and out of state owners. Our third party management portfolio of Latipac Commercial exceeds 2 million square feet under management.
