Latipac Commercial, L.L.C., is a Commercial Real Estate Company that was established in Houston, Texas in 1994. The name LATIPAC was derived out of the one common denominator that all properties need, CAPITAL. Our Principals have over 50 Years of experience as successful Owners, Developers and Property Managers of Shopping Centers in both the Houston and Austin, Texas markets.
Since its inception, Latipac has provided all the property management services to our principal controlled assets while also providing Third Party Property Management to local and out of state owners. In 2011, Latipac decided to focus on the growth of its Third Party Property Management portfolio for retail centers located in the areas surrounding Houston and Austin, Texas.
We understand that all owners have different wants and needs in a property management company. Latipac will customize it’s services to meet our client’s needs, while our ownership mentality allows us to provide property owners with the services necessary to reach each owner’s desired CAPITAL goals.
