Jeff Zinn is President of Latipac Commercial, LLC. With over 16 years of commercial real estate experience, Jeff has a thorough understanding of all aspects of the shopping center business.Prior to starting Latipac Commercial, Jeff formed Latipac Properties, L.L.C. and Latipac Realty Co., L.P. where he participated in Leasing, Management and Commercial Real Estate Investments. From 1994 to 2007 this entity controlled all of the day to day operations of his family controlled properties along with a Third Party Portfolio of Shopping Centers located in Houston, Dallas and Oklahoma. This portfolio consisted of local and out of state private investors and developers along with a group of Tenancy in Common (TIC) Owners.

Jeff graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1994 where he earned a BS in Economics with Financial Applications. He is a licensed real estate Broker in the State of Texas and has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1999.

Harvey Zinn Sr. joined Latipac Commercial in December 2010 as its Chairman and Chief Operating Officer. He is applying his background in banking to the back office and operations of our company.Prior to joining Latipac, Harvey Sr. was President and CEO of publicly held Southern National Bank Nasdaq: (SNBT) of Texas from 1988 to 2006 when the Bank was sold. Harvey grew capital in the Bank from $375,000 to $50,000,000. The Bank had over $1 Billion in Assets when it was sold to Prosperity Bancshares NASDAQ: (PRSP).

Harvey formed a Family Real Estate Company in 1976 which was responsible for building twelve and acquiring three additional shopping centers over a period of ten years. He has been the Managing Partner for these assets from its inception.

Harvey’s business career started in 1969 as President and CEO of Electronic Centers Inc. D.B.A. Custom Hi Fi Discount Centers where he helped this company grow to 72 stores in 10 different states and $40,000,000 in sales prior to it being sold in 1982.

Harvey Zinn, Jr. joined Latipac Commercial in May 2008 as its President of Austin Operations. While in Austin, he recognized a change in commercial real estate as an owner, investor and former banker. As a result, Harvey Jr. decided to get involved in the property management of the family owned properties and is starting to pursue third party properties to manage in Austin and its surrounding market areas.Prior to joining Latipac, Harvey Jr. was the President of Branch Banking for publicly held Southern National Bank of Texas from 1994 until it was sold in 2006. Harvey Jr. was in charge of originating, servicing, and managing loans for SNB, with his focus being Commercial Real Estate. During this same time period, Harvey Jr. was actively involved in the family real estate business with regard to acquisitions, financing, management and dispositions.

Harvey Zinn, Jr. graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1993 where he earned a BA in Political Science with a minor in History. He is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas.
